WALT to make a timeline about my book fat 4 eyed and useless.N.S to complete it.I will try and make something like a comic book.

Maths active

WALT To converting 24 hour to 12 hour clock times sheet 1.I had to change 24 time 12 hour time with am and pm.I learnt how 24 hour time works.NS to am and pm with 24 hour time.m with 24 hour time.

WALT To make a character that can be anything from a story starter we were given.

 I had to make a character.  I had to describe what it looked like, what it is, where it has come from, what is it's purpose and what is it going to do next.

 

I think the best part of my work is the monster I created - it is cool because it has a shield and an axe in it's hand. 

My next step is:  To improve the neatness in my writing when I am writing a story.

WALT use perspective to create a piece of art.
Something I learned was how to do a 3D shape building.
The best part of my painting was the buildings because they were fun and cool.
My next step is to make the footpath straighter.

Beat and Rhythm

WALT:

Write and clap a rhythm

CRITERIA:

·      To write and clap a rhythm

·      To use semi quavers, crotchets or rests in our rhythm

·      To write a rhythm that is equal to four counts  

Term 4 - Discovery

Discovery time is an opportunity for your child to choose from a range of activities some of which are not offered during the normal course of the day.  Your child is encouraged to try different things.  The Key Competencies: Thinking, Relating to Others, Understanding texts and symbols, Managing Self and Participating and Contributing are embedded through Discovery time, as are the School Values.

Term 4 - Published Writing

WALT:

Publish our writing

Criteria:

·      Re-read our draft so that it makes sense

·      Go back and fix up mistakes

·      Copy our draft work correctly

·      Use our neatest hand writing  

Term 4 - Dance/Drama Integrated Topic

WALT:

Express ourselves creatively through dance

Criteria:

·      Learn the steps to the dance

·      Keep in time to the music
